My occupation requires extreme candor and integrity. Two things of which I also hold in high regard in my personal life. Howard Kronthal was highly recommended to my family by a close family friend. Howard was referred to us by friends in Northern Virginia a few months before we were to re-locate from San Diego. Little did we know moving to Virginia would be such a daunting process that would include countless open houses, bidding wars and escalation clauses. We eventually postponed our search only to wind up renting from the worst landlords on the planet.
